Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience and success as well as extensive technical insurance knowledge; they will have strong existing industry relationships and the ability to form and nurture new relationships; they will be mentorship focused and want those on their team and the new producers to find abundant success; excellent time management and organizational skills; be thoughtful and communicative; proficient with technology and analytical skills; possess a strong desire to help people; will welcome new learning opportunities. The position requires 2 days in our Pittsburgh office and 3 days work from home, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (4pm in the summer!).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
