McKesson Medical Surgical Extended Care is seeking an Account Manager to support the Home Medical Equipment (HME) territory in St Louis covering the entire state of Missouri. This is a remote position and candidates must live within this area. The main market is independent DME dealers and a limited number of retail pharmacies with a large amount of DME business present.
HME has different medical supply and equipment needs to assist patients in recovery or remain as healthy as possible. McKesson's extensive portfolio of medical supplies and equipment offers your HME site the industry's largest array of products your patients need, both now and as their medical conditions change. Medical supplies and equipment are available in 23 product categories including durable medical equipment, home care supplies and oxygen equipment and supplies.

Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position:
$102,800 - $171,300
Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.

Responsibilities:
- Sell products and/or services to a group of clients, and identify new and potential customers in order to reach the project profitability and billing levels within assigned sales territory
- Negotiation, sale, and post-sale services
- Secure and maintain distribution of products and/or services, and maintain effective agreements
- Independently manage less complex assignments and partner with senior representatives or supervisor to close sales when necessary
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years sales experience
Critical Skills
- Demonstrated cold calling and prospecting skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain existing customer base
- Demonstrated experience consistently hitting and or overachieving sales objectives
- Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Proficiency with Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Healthcare Sales experience, including selling into any of the following: Post-Acute Care, Extended Care, Home Health, Hospice, DME/HME and/or Wound Care

- Healthcare Distribution experience

- 4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
