We are Looking for a Highly-motivated, Experienced Sales and Customer Service Specialist to be the Best Weddings Sales Agent!!!

The Wedding Sales Agent acts as a point of contact for the couple (or the travel agent assisting) looking to get married at one of the resorts. The agent is contacted via email or phone, then follows up with the couple. The agent offers them complimentary packages and ensures the ceremony, reception area, and group room blocks are available for the date chosen. Maintains customer satisfaction standards and strives to reach reservation goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle members’ inquiries and requests
• Provides General Resort information
• Closer in Sales with Reservations
• Educates members on Resort properties and brands
• Collects necessary information from members to be able to general reservations and notates thoroughly in the system

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Sales Experience (2 or more years)
• Experience with Destination Weddings / Events is a plus
• Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively recommend additional products and services
• Commitment to Excellence and High standards with acute attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
• Ability to work as a team member as well as independently
• Ability to effectively and pleasantly communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds

PAY:

Current Salary: $25,000/year plus High Commissions Payout (You will also get a Supplemental Pay of an Extra $900 per Paycheck / Bi-weekly for the first 6 months) and other benefits.
