Qualifications:

Join our team at Mia Sorella Chimney Cakes! We’re seeking outgoing, hard-working, passionate individuals to help us set up and run our booth every Saturday at Little Italy Farmers Market.

- Must have excellent customer service skills, be friendly, and be able to work efficiently, take initiative, be willing to learn and multi-task.

- Responsible, punctual, and reliable.

- Loves to sell and interact with customers.

- Outgoing and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.

- Focused and efficient in customer rush situations.

-Strong attention to detail to ensure quality products are produced.

-Sales & customer service experience.

- Baking experience is a plus, but we are more than willing to train the right person.

- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs of weight.

- Ability to stand for long hours (up to 8)

-Reliable Transportation

- Valid driver’s license

Duties:

- Assist in preparing and producing bakery items such as bread (chimney cakes).

- Work assignments may shift around between the bakery shop in Liberty Public Market and the Farmer’s Market.

-Prepare and serve our sweet and savory chimney cakes.

- Farmers' market vending: complete setup, selling, cashiering, cleanup /

-Approach, attract, and offer customers passing by our booth chimney cake samples.

- Educate customers about what is a chimney cake, the making process , explain our chimney cake menu, provide tastings, and positively enhance the customer’s experience with a great attitude.

- Accurate cash handling

-Run the booth independently while maintaining it neat, clean, and, organized

-Set up and tear down Farmer’s Market set.
