We are an award-winning, family-owned, automotive dealer group looking to expand our sales team due to our growing business. We have been a Hyundai Dealer in the state of Virginia since 1986 . We have a remarkable reputation with the community and feel we are different from any dealership in the market.

Prior experience is preferred but not necessary--we offer new consultants a training compensation pay plan.

New sales associates will earn a base salary of $2000.00 a month plus immediate bonus opportunities based on units sold during the training period. Greater earning opportunities available once training is completed or for experienced consultants. With the right attitude and work ethic, $50k is definitely attainable for first-year employees. Our top earners achieve incomes of $100k+.

We desire solid character individuals who understand exceptional customer service and teamwork. To be successful you should dress professionally, be well-groomed, and have a POSITIVE attitude. An employee with strong communication skills, computers/smart phone proficiency, a warm personality, strong work ethic, and professional decorum will be very successful. A valid driver’s license and background are required. We are a drug free workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
