Team Sales of Florida, LLC is seeking an experienced 1099, Bi-lingual Independent Contractor for opening accounts, business development and account management selling branded packaging. We partner with some of the largest, most credible award-winning suppliers in the industry.
Our focus is in bringing aboard vertical specialists that as the title implies, are specialists in their respective verticals. We are looking for 2 reps. One with strong cannabis dispensary management relationship experience. The second having proven relationships working with Med Spas/Plastic Surgeons.
You understand their needs, products, terminology, product options, printing options, the inner workings, what their hot button pain is for making a change or a first time buy, how to reach and work with decision-makers, buying cycles, suppliers, costs, etc...
Our ideal candidates have established working relationships with these verticals:
- Plastic Surgeons/Med Spas
- Cannabis Dispensaries
You are persistent as hell, have the right attitude, heavily experienced in the sales process and in producing sales, aggressive and prompt follow through, rapid response time within 30 minutes to an hour and are deeply passionate about relationship building. These describe to perfection your keys to being highly successful in this role.
You prefer to work under minimal supervision while building and growing your protected territory. You are transparent, genuine, and an expert at discipline working remotely. You thrive in having a flexible schedule but fully understand the responsibility that's involved.

Independent Contractor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for outside selling, landing accounts, business development, growing sales revenue and increasing profitability
- Experienced in reaching and following up with decision makers
- Skilled in attention to details with RFQ's
- Involved with procurement/sourcing activities
- Communicates updates, issues and territory challenges that arise
- Understands the market you are developing and growing
- Understands the ebb and flow of market conditions involving pricing, buying cycles, supply chain challenges and other industry factors
- Experienced working with vendors having mutually productive relationships
- Track and record then submitting weekly territory mailing list updates
- Active in weekly phone or zoom calls
Independent Contractor Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from accredited institution preferred but not required
- 7-10 years of outside territory sales experience preferably with a discipline in branded packaging but working with or having worked with retailers is essential.
- Preferably fluent in English & Spanish
- W9 Required
- Focused on building relationships and not just on building rapport, understands how to set business boundaries, finds the pain and provides the proper solutions
- Demonstrates flexibility and adapts with ease
- Outgoing, proactive, high energy and coachable
- Portfolio of past work as a proven top producer
- Able to prioritize and manage your schedule
- Strong time-management, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: $1,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
