Healing Care Hospice is seeking an experienced and passionate Business Development/Medical Territory Area Manager for the in Riverside County & San Bernardino County areas to join our growing marketing team. We are looking for someone who can not only deliver consistent results, but also embody and represent our values and culture out in the community. • A successful candidate offers a proven track record in hospice marketing with existing relationships and key hospice referral sources, including physicians, hospital staff, SNF administrators and staff, and long term care environments.
• You must possess the skills and experience to effectively develop new markets and referral sources, provide outstanding customer service, and work seamlessly with the clinical team to effectuate smooth care transitions.

This position is Field and Area based, which means representative would spend 95% of their time out of the office and developing relationships in the community to generate referrals to our agency.

***Annual Salary within $70k - $140k (Based on Experience)***
