Sales Support - Appointment Scheduler
Calling Leads to Set Appointments for Real Estate Agents

Rian Real Estate is seeking Appointment Schedulers who will be responsible for contacting homeowners who have already expressed an interest in selling their homes but have not been able to sell yet. You will find out their wants and needs and present information that will be relevant and beneficial for their individual situation. You will then ask homeowners to accept a meeting with one of our Real Estate Agents to see if we can help them in the home-selling process.

Expectations

• Make outbound calls to home owners who have expressed an interest in selling their home.
• Goal is to schedule a time for one of our Award Winning Brokers to meet with homeowners at their residence to discuss selling their home!
• Pay is Commission with uncapped commissions. You're paid on appointments set and appointments that turn into listings (sales). Typically, average reps can make up to $20.00-$25.00/Hour Base+Bonus+Commission
• Small, positive team environment!

Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30 pm!
