Interior Design Resources services the Interior Designer Industry working closely with local designers and their clientele, we also service the insurance industry delivering hard contents, fabrics, and electronics restoration for families impacted by fire, water, or other catastrophic events. Founded in 2011, our dynamic team is passionate and committed to delivering a positve customer experience. Lastly, we provide a white glove moving and storage service to our customers throughout the state of Arizona.
Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to take on the dual role of Office Manager and Business Development Specialist. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company.
Job Details:
1. Office Manager: (3 Days Per Week In the Office)
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- You will complete all invoicing, enter payments, reconciliation of books through Quickbooks Online, and oversee and complete all payroll in house.
2. Business Development: (2 Days Per Week In the Field)
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the ownership group to create effective business development campaigns and promotional materials.
- Create a route of all customers both new and existing to stop by and see them once every few weeks.
- Actively calling prospective customers over the phone, networking, preparing proposals and quotes, and being a part of the entire sales process.
Compensation: $45,000.00-55,000.00 DOE Plus Aggressive Commission Structure
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Plans and organizes their day to be most productive including proposal creation, making presentations, cold calling, and lead generation
·Relationship building with prospects through different prospecting methods lead generation being the main source
·Aggressively identify qualified opportunities to grow revenue
·Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met
·Work with outside sales support team when needed
·Know how to reach out to prospects in a specific way when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales or related roles.
- Must have ability to cold call, prospect and convert calls and visits to actual sales activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software application such as MS Office, Quickbooks Online, CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management and business development.
- A passion for building and maintaining professional relationships and seeking new opportunities.
