The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for developing and implementing an account plan with existing key/ new targeted enterprise customers. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth for Wacom’s electronic document (eDoc) workflow products for use in banking, financial services, medical records and government markets. We are seeking a results-oriented, teamwork driven sales member focused on broadening the market and driving B2B partner sales. In addition to acquiring new customers, you will drive a business development plan to grow Wacom’s existing key accounts, strengthening the relationship as a trusted partner with a value proposition that contributes to customers’ business goals. The ideal candidate brings a collaborative approach to work across teams and inspire their team to do the same. This role is central to connecting customers to the solutions Wacom enables in their workflow today and as we adapt our business going forward.
Location: This is a hybrid position based in our Portland, OR office.
Pay & Benefits: $96,000-$116,00 base salary + 25% targeted sales incentive pay. Pay within this range is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. - Own and drive new enterprise sales and revenue growth from responsible territories and/or assigned key account/ vertical markets.
- Create innovative ways to drive and expand sales within existing accounts and new business prospects.
- Lead a project in enterprise customers, highlighting our solution-based value proposition.
- Identify and build partnership with players in B2B business eco-system, such as ISVs, SI partners, and resellers.
- Analyze current market trends and customer segments to strategically target new customers.
- Demonstrate cross-functional, collaborative approach to drive a project for a successful result.
- Contribute to forecasting process to assure highest possible accuracy and insight.
Skills you bring:
- 5 years previous technical enterprise sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years successfully selling into healthcare or financial market.
- Successful selling experience with eSignature or eDocument management technologies strongly preferred.
- Understanding of solution-based value proposition with both software and hardware is critical to drive integrated solution sales.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills, proven strategic planning skill, results oriented, with strong organization, and time management skills.
- Proven record of experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Sales, and B2B Partner Sales and associated strategies
- Track record of exceeding targeted sales objectives and delivering high quality service to customers
- Work collaboratively with internal experts to grow knowledge about specialized workflow and vertical application of our solutions
- Innovative approach to expand sales in new accounts

- Proven history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
