The Job
To support local market growth after continued expansion, we are looking for a Management Trainee in Sales for the development and execution of successful market and sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Jobsite training for new and existing SIGA customers
- Daily use of CRM including activity and project tracking
- Provide sales and technical support for customers
- Support distribution partners with sales support and product training events
- Meet ambitious growth plans
- Create demand for products and respond to incoming customer inquires
- Meet with current and potential customers virtually and in-person
- Develop, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Give product presentations online and in-person
- Prepare quotes, and related negotiation documents
- Maintaining knowledge of applications, products, competitors, market trends, and channels
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1-3 years successful experience in a similar position or previous experience within B2B sales
- Business strategy and market development knowledge with demonstrated analytical and business development skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or another relevant subject
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communicator, negotiator, with effective presentation skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Some travel is required (including overnight stays)
- You are hard-working, disciplined and want to develop within SIGA Cover
- Comfortable selling a value-added solution to architects, consultants, and contractors
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make decisions
- Process planning & organization skills
- Work authorization in US
