Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Moving Sales
Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, providing consultation and assessment to clients, quoting and pricing moving solutions, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and managing client accounts. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in the moving industry, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of the moving industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct consultations with customers to understand their moving needs and provide customized solutions.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes for moving services, including packing, storage, and transportation.
- Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of moving services
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage leads, track sales performance, and report on key metrics.
- Participate in sales and marketing campaigns to promote the Up n’ Go Moving brand and generate new business.
- Attend industry events and network with potential partners and clients to expand business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the moving or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to understand and explain complex moving services and pricing structures.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the moving industry and relevant regulations a plus.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $30,000.00 per month
