The Account Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service while monitoring a granted portfolio from credit to collection of invoices purchased.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor granted portfolio from credit to collection while maintaining a low error ratio.
• Meet or exceed all weekly goals granted through peak program and department goals.
• Make customer credit decisions within established guidelines and follow up with disputed factoring invoices.
• Provide status reports to leads and the team on how you will accomplish weekly goals.
• Maintain communication with granted clients via phone, email, and follow-up spreadsheets daily.
• Handle calls reflecting excellent customer service, accurate information, good productivity, appropriate timeliness, and low error rates.
• Send paperwork requested by broker or carrier including invoices, short pay, fund delivery, and year-end reports.
• Promotes and fosters a positive and supportive environment that is committed to the success of the department, peers, customers, and the overall goals of TBS.
• Inform clients of other TBS services and provide information as requested.
• Understand and keep current on the latest procedures for our department and company.
• Cross-train and assist other teams as needed.

Qualifications, Education & Special Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Industry knowledge of transportation, factoring, or finance sectors.
• Highly skilled in computer, electronic communication, and technology proficiencies with the ability to quickly learn new software, applications, and systems.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets), Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to move in and out and around the office, including furniture and ability to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Capable of frequently operating standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, mouse, calculator, copy machine, printer, fax machine, and overhead projector systems; possess sufficient visual acuity to view computer monitors or television screens.
• Ability to type efficiently and effectively without excessive errors.
• Capacity to learn quickly and accurately apply and communicate the knowledge.
