Objective

The Sales Specialist prospects and educates potential new clients on the benefits and features of American Family Insurance. Our products include auto, home, life and commercial insurance. They will maintain effective customer relationships, understands customers' needs, and match them with appropriate product and service offerings. WE PROTECT OUR CLIENTS' DREAMS.

Environment

We're a small office in Downtown Vancouver that provides a positive and encouraging workspace. We aren't a cubical farm. You will be a part of a small team that will coach you and provide support. We're not some corporate, boring office. You will be a part of an exciting and dynamic team of professionals.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

The position pays base plus commission and bonuses. We provide flexible working hours, great benefits, and unlimited earning potential. While this is not a work from home situation, that might be a possible benefit in the future. Candidates that wish to make this a career have the opportunity to take over their own agency. This job is ideal for someone looking to get into sales at the ground level. We can teach a lot of techniques, but we're looking for someone with "grit" and a willingness to put in the work. You'll get a lot of support, but the right candidate for this job is someone willing to talk to new people, network, and get into it each day. The office is super-fast paced. You will easily fill your day, but organization and the ability to think on your feet is a must.
