The Way, Incorporated is currently seeking an Industrial Sales Representative. We require an energetic, competitive sales representative, who is capable of growing our sales and managing our service professionals. Key Abilities and Functions:

- Comprehend and follow company policy, corporate directives, and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Responsible for Area P&L, proposals and quotes, inventories, ordering and other business logistics.
- Ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and occasionally lift 25 pounds.
- Ability to withstand hot weather conditions at industrial facilities.
Communication and Sales Skills:
- You must be resilient to objection, yet tenacious and diligent in your sales approach.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Consultative Sales Approach using Strategic Selling and SPIN Selling Skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a management position. Engineering or Science degree preferred.
- 2-5 years in Industrial sales, or related experience in Wastewater, Industrial or Manufacturing environments; the Pulp & Paper Industry, preferred.
- Travel with some overnight travel required.
- Valid driving license and clean driving record.
- Employment is contingent upon completion of background investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
