RRCA is a leading roofing and solar company looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. If you have a proven track record in sales and are passionate about helping homeowners restore their property and renewable energy, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by identifying and reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
• Conduct sales presentations to educate customers on our roofing and solar products and services
• Negotiate and close deals with customers to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide customers with the latest information on our products and services

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the roofing or solar industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $84,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
