Summary:
The Insurance Senior Relationship Manager assists colleagues who have elected to transition into retirement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accountability for retention of existing clients before and during the introduction Sales Colleagues to client relationships.
• Formalizing these activities will result in decreased disruption upon departure of long term colleagues who have strong relationships with clients.
• Retention of current clients assigned.
• Development and execution of a transition plan for each client.
• Conduct Optimal Customer Relationship (OCR) activities with an emphasis on deepening relationships and building stronger internal partnerships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Abides by all state and federal regulations and Bank policies regarding business conduct
• Insurance Licenses
• Excellent Verbal and Written skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
• Will exude enthusiasm and confidence in both internal and external relationships to the agency
• Effective at multi-tasking
• Proven track-record of meeting production goals

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
