Full description of the position

DMS serves hundreds of valued clients. The DMS Corporate Office is located in South Pasadena, California. We have successfully kept pace with our rapid growth by recruiting professional management and staff to coordinate the employee workforce that numbers in the thousands. DMS possesses a management team that rivals any as the strongest and most experienced in the industry.

Our service lines are comprised of janitorial services, facility engineering, landscape installation and maintenance, general/light maintenance, window cleaning and metal restoration, labor management and payroll services. We provide our customers with both single and/or bundled service solutions. Our client base consists of multi-tenant office buildings and corporate campus facilities, as well as Medical Office Buildings (professional), Manufacturing, Bio-Pharmaceutical facilities, Education (K-12 and University), Entertainment, Communication, Municipality/Government facilities and Financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with customers and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Territory Representatives must possess strong communication skills, an understanding of the workforce labor industry and an ability to quickly research solutions for customer issues.

Responsibilities:

80% of the time:

  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
  • Maintain record of positive interactions with clients.
  • Establish rapport with potential clients and build relationships with them.
  • Share business information to remain knowledgeable about company services.
  • Educate potential customers about company products, services, and opportunities.
  • Will be traveling throughout the Phoenix Area to grow the business. Monthly car allowance included.

20% of the time:

  • Maintaining customer relationships.
  • Customer surveys and site walkthroughs.
  • KPI tracking and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
