We are hiring for an In-Home Sales / Comfort Advisor to meets with residential customers in their homes to educate them on how to make their homes more comfortable and fit their needs.

Job Title: HVAC In-Home Sales / Comfort Advisor
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, some evenings and weekends required
Pay Rate: Uncapped commission-based pay! Potential annual earnings $120,000 + per year
What you will be doing:
- Go on estimating calls
- Meeting with residential homeowners in their homes & Light commercial customers
- Determine customers heating, AC, and indoor air quality needs
- Present solutions and design options, create a vision
- Create proposals
- Go over the accepted proposals with the install team to ensure jobs are prepared correctly
- Excellent customer service, building relationships with our customers
- Follow up with customers from initial contact of sale until installation is completed
- Drive daily sales results
- Daily using ESS (Enterprise Selling Solutions), our estimating/proposal software
Qualifications / Skills:
- Valid driver's license, and insurable driving record
- 2 + years consultative sales experience
- HVAC Industry experience required
- Converting leads to successful sales
- Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
- Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
- Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Professional appearance
- High-quality customer service skills
- Comfortable with operating a computer
- Good/great writing skills are a must
