JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Tampa is searching for a new or experienced Salesperson to promote our Recruiting services! Speak with local businesses and hiring managers about their open positions and the job-seekers we represent. Build strong, lifelong relationships with your clients and assist them with hiring the right fit.
If you love working with people, are goal-oriented, and interested in a commission-based role (where more work = more $$$), this could be the opportunity for you! In this role, commission tends to be passive and build steadily over time, ideal for those who are looking to break into sales or develop a long-term career.
Although direct experience is not required, we are seeking candidates with at least 1-2 years of professional tenure (think full-time, office, post-education jobs) due to the nature of our clientele. We are also targeting candidates who already live in the Tampa area and can commute to our gorgeous bay view office at Sparkman Wharf.
