Job Summary: Phone Sales Representative

Full-Time

Monday-Friday

Summary:

The treatment plan coordinator receives incoming calls and upcoming, schedules qualified consultations and answers questions regarding dental procedures from potential prospects. This position provides prospects with information about CG Smile. Bonding and establishing a rapport with patients is essential. This requires a high-level of customer service.

The primary responsibility is to schedule patient appointments to our offices.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound telephone calls
• Calling assigned leads
• Identify qualified prospects for consultation
• Provide prospects with information about dental implants/Veneers.
• Schedule qualified prospect for a consultation appointment
• Accurately enter all data about prospect’s information
• Online chat with prospects
• Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in CG Smile
• Send information packets to scheduled prospects prior to visit
• Address caller needs in timely fashion, answer questions, set scheduled consultation

• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Dental knowledge preferred

• Basic computer skills

In addition to our cosmetic services, CG Smile also offers preventive dentistry, restorations, endodontic care, general dentistry, and orthodontics.

This is a growing practice with heavy emphasis on dental veneers. The practice has experienced tremendous growth and is prime for potential expansion. Unlike other oral surgical practices, we market directly to our customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,369.00 per year
