We are currently looking to add an HVAC Comfort Advisor to our successful retail sales force. The qualified candidate will be a career-minded individual who believes in our company's mission and vision to provide the best service possible to the communities we serve. Pay Rate: Successful salespeople make $100k plus per year; $50k+ 1st year income potential + Benefits

Work Hours: Work hours will vary based on the scheduling needs of the customer, presentation times, and seasonality.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience and comfortability working with consumers in their homes
• Professional appearance
• Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
• Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
• Goal-orientated with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written/verbal)
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

• HVAC sales and/or industry experience
