Purpose: Drive overall customer success aligned to the Cytiva strategy and goals leveraging all of the Cytiva account team. Owns the overall customer relationship across the account. Primary contact between the company and customers and grows the business through an understanding of the market, an awareness and familiarity with the needs of customer, and knowledge of the product portfolio.
Accountabilities:
- Represent Cytiva and function as a primary customer point of contact in all allocated accounts and in the territory for Biopharma customer segments.
- Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities which are relevant to this account.
- Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows and activities to develop, and support solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations.
- Identify opportunities and support team in developing opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a full understanding of the Cytiva value proposition and a high-level knowledge of competitive products and services.
- Prospecting, forecasting, generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, initiating, and planning customer visits at all levels of the customer organization.
- Negotiating master agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions as well as facilitating tender responses to customers from the account, in conjunction with product sales specialists as needed.
- Accountable for overall account success, and growth, leveraging Cytiva customer account team.
- Accountable to drive overall design-in account strategies, aligned with Sales Specialists on technical Design in projects.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, life sciences or relevant field.
- 5 years commercial experience, preferably in the Biotechnology industry.
Systems and Tools: QlikSense or Sales Force
