QOS Networks is looking to bring in a Regional Sales Manager Pacific/West Coast


Requirements: A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling and promoting QOS Networks propriety solution to clients and customers, recommending appropriate solutions depending on the customers' requirements and business challenges. To be successful, you should have previous quota-carrying experience developing leads from marketing campaigns, customer referrals, and networking opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment. Candidate must have extensive experience in direct sales along with a knowledge of working the indirect channel (Technology Distributors, Sub Agents, VARs, and SI’s)

Responsibilities:


  • Proactively prospect for new general business and enterprise customers
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner team members
  • Acquire new business customers through referrals from existing partners and customers
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Up sell QOS solutions to an existing account base
  • Complete quarterly business performance reviews
  • Deliver weekly sales reports as required to manager for review
  • Complete internal certification and testing programs
  • And other opportunities as identified.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in wide area network, managed services, or network Infrastructure sales
  • Proven track record of working with enterprise clients.
  • Proficiency in the sales cycle with the ability to sell and close opportunities
  • Experience with indirect channel sales organizations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing and editorial abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
