In the role of Business Development Representative, you will be an integral part of communicating the Celebree Franchise opportunity nationwide. This role will be primarily focused on executing prospecting campaign activities, evaluating outcomes of current practices, and initiating new procedures to increase and improve overall conversion rates.

As the Business Development Representative, you will conduct calls in a professional, genuine, and engaged manner to share the Celebree Franchise opportunity through prospecting campaigns and will route qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative for further vetting and closure.

Skill/Experience:

Clear communication skills (written & verbal) to communicate business insights.

Proficient interpersonal skills

Strong functional computer knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

Franchise experience preferred, but not required.

Strong phone presence and customer service skills
