Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and enhance overall sales efficiency. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between different departments to facilitate the sales process. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in their daily activities, including coordinating with clients/agencies, answering phone calls and email inquiries, generating sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.
Coordinate Sales Activities: Collaborate with various teams, such as marketing, production, and logistics, including Posting/Installation materials, production, board rotation and replacement, illumination issues, graffiti, monitor the Promo Ads Inventory to ensure seamless coordination of sales processes and timely order fulfillment.
Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, contracts, and agreements.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management, enabling data-driven decision-making and sales forecasting.
Follow-Up Activities: Ensure timely follow-up with prospective (RFP) and existing clients to maintain engagement and identify new business opportunities.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for business growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using sales software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sales processes, customer service principles, and business etiquette.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful reports.
Working Conditions:
The Sales Coordinator will typically work in an office environment, collaborating with the sales team and various departments. The position may require occasional travel for attending meetings, conferences, or client visits.
