Sequoia Deployment Services, Inc. (“Sequoia”) is a leading provider of network deployment services to the major wireless telecommunications companies throughout California. Sequoia is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Site Acquisition Agent. Applicant has at least two (2) to five (5) years real estate experience, wireless industry experience preferred, but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related equivalent work experience preferred, must have a current CA Real Estate license.
Acts as agent to complete necessary leasing & title work required to secure selected sites. Performs real estate activities required to modify existing facilities. Acts as general lead on assigned site acquisition projects, coordinating client personnel, landlord, and fellow team members, and reports to overall Project Manager.
Qualified applicants must possess excellent computer and public speaking skills, a drive to complete project objectives, and enjoy working in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,941.00 - $108,547.00 per year
