VESTAPLUS™, a wholly owned subsidiary of The MLS™in Beverly Hills, CA , isa premier provider of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) software solutions, founded on the idea of working with real estate professionals to develop technology solutions that are powerful yet easy to use.
VESTAPLUS™ is searching for a dynamic Director of Marketing and Sales to lead the organization’s business development and growth nationwide. The primary functions will be to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to gain new accounts, improve revenue generation and increase market penetration of our suite of MLS software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans, and forecasts.
- Review and improve sales and marketing strategies in place, setting up a 3-year plan to drive comprehensive growth.
- Work with Product Management, Consultants, and Administration to advocate for sales and marketing activities and align company-wide efforts.
- Explore and understand the business needs of key prospects and determine how our wide range of products and features can streamline daily operations for MLS staff and subscribers.
- Sell the VESTAPLUS™ software platform to small and mid-sized MLS/Association organizations.
- Travel to MLSs/Associations within the United States and Canada.
- Set up demos at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements:
- 3+ years sales experience in the real estate industry working with MLS executives and decision makers.
- Existing relationships within the industry.
- Experience in developing relationships with new customers.
- Developed sales closing experience.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to successfully demonstrate software.
- Ability to thrive in an ambitious team environment.
- Personable with excellent communication skills.
- Maintain high level relationships with the senior leadership team as well as all outside stakeholders
- Travel required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
