Territory Sales Manager
Territory Includes: VA, SC, NC, GA, TN, AL, MS, LA
Travel up to 30-40% with quarterly meetings at HQ.

Location: South East Region - Ideal candidate will reside in GA
Salary: $120-130K Base with uncapped commissions
Requirements: BSME and 5+ years of successful outside sales experience

What You Will Be Doing
- Meet Annual Budget and Forecast (maximize sales & profit goals)
- Provide weekly and monthly reports (territory analysis)
- Participate in quarterly review meetings (onsite at HQ)
- Create and support new business development pipeline
- Follow up on potential sales leads and maximize order intake
- Manage and train sales team and provide a strategic business plan aligned with companies directive
- Contact/ visit new/ existing customers (distributors)
- Manage sales visits at end-user facilities conducting audits and surveying certain equipment geared toward our product portfolio
- Aid distributors and sales team capturing new business
- Apply knowledge of company products and services while providing solutions to our customers
- Review and resolve customer complaints in a professional and prompt manner
- Represent company at trade organizations
Territory Includes: VA, SC, NC, GA, TN, AL, MS, LA
Travel up to 30-40% with quarterly meetings at HQ.
What You Need for this Position
- BSME degree preferred
- 5+ years experience in an outside sales role with a strong track record of growing sales
- Extensive knowledge of seals or industrial products
- Ability to grow sales through building distribution and OEMs
- Hunter mentality
- Open to learning; strong desire to succeed
