Full description of the position

We're Hiring!! Keystaff is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Agent in Houston

Pay Range: $17-$23 Hourly pay, Commission, Bonus


Responsibilities :

  • Focus on bringing new business by employing unique local marketing / sales techniques to increase foot traffic and sales in the office
  • Provides quotes on pricing, explaining coverage to clients, and finally binding of applications to complete insurance transactions. Also ensuring endorsements are correctly executed where necessary
  • Maintain a competitive business environment (price & customer service) by benchmarking against the market while still ensuring permissible loss ratio is maintained.
  • Driving the team to meet & exceed weekly and monthly production goals by generating and closing on new sales leads, and following up on existing marketing and sales campaigns already put in place
  • Ensuring the team follows the business processes put in place to minimize errors and improve efficiency while still ensuring liability requirements are met
  • Review and audit for daily reports (sales, transactions, binding, and endorsements) that is sent to Director of Operations
  • Maintain a close working relationship with Managers, Directors, and Operations especially when unexpected issues or problems arise
  • Establishing strong external relationships with business partners (car dealers, real estate brokers, loan departments, insurance companies)
  • Grow, train and retain employees in knowledge of company products, pricing, and policy

REQUIRED:

Fluent in Spanish and English (Bilingual)-excellent communication skills (writing and speaking)
