QT-Brightek is an optoelectronic manufacturer, headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with sales, marketing and field application support available throughout Americas, Europe, and Asia. The portfolio is comprised of LED SMD packages (ChipLED, PLCC, Mid-Power, High Power), through-hole lamps, metal cans (TO-18, TO-46), optocouplers/opto-isolators, and LED displays (numerical, alphanumerical, icons). The products cover the full optoelectronic spectrum of ultraviolet, visible, and infrared.

​We are seeking a motivated individual to join QT-Brightek sales department to provide a variety of administrative tasks. The position requires strong administrative, communication, and organization skills.

Summary of Duties:

• Process purchase orders, RMAs, and sample requests from customers
• Review inventory and place purchase orders with suppliers
• Arrange shipments and maintain schedules
• Issue shipping documents and invoices to customers
• Perform functions of packing, shipping, and labeling
• Track backlog and provide weekly reports
• Cooperate with and provide trend reports to sales
• Perform other related duties when assigned

Qualification and Skills:

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree are welcomed to apply.
• One to three years of work exp in B2B customer service or inside sales preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage 300, SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Candidate must be organized and demonstrate:

• proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,500.00 - $53,000.00 per year
