Full description of the position

The Sales Associate position is the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads. Working closely with senior management, this person will qualify leads for a warm transfer to the sales team. We operate from our office in Rocklin, CA., and are looking for someone with good experience and flexibility, a great work ethic, and the drive to assist and learn.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (training will be provided as needed)

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Contact businesses/customers by telephone to promote products, and services and get updated information. Many of which are Spanish speaking.
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the prospect
• Adjust scripted sales pitches to meet the needs of specific individuals
• Field customer questions to correct department
• Document prospect information into CRM
• Explain the product or service to prospects

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
• Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Zoho CRM, Google Docs, Gmail, etc.)
• Spanish speaking is a plus
