POSITION TITLE: Sales Incentive Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position supports the administration of the North America Sales Incentive Compensation. Specific responsibilities include; gather order/sales data, identify account manager assigned order/sales customer, calculate the sales incentive and report results to regional incentive compensation administration team and account managers. This position responsibilities also include reconcile data to source systems to ensure data accuracy for incentive pay, participation in issue resolution as needed and coordinating with the field sales organizations for questions or issues. Perform ad-hoc monthly analysis and reconciliations to support the administration of NA Sales Group incentive compensation.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monthly data gathering and maintenance for sales roles where manual data collection is required.
2. Requires communication of pay calculations and gathering manager approvals for incentive pay.
3. Research issues and communicate resolution to Field Sales managers and employees
4. Assist in monthly reconciliation of sales data.
5. Document process steps as developed and changed.
6. Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Four-year college education preferred
Two – four years general accounting, analysis, sales incentive compensation administration a plus
Minimum 1 year analytical
Requires experience with computer-based tools, MS EXCEL Macros/Power Query, and MS ACCESS

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
