Automotive Service Receptionist/ BDC Representative

Paul Masse Buick GMC South is seeking a full-time receptionist/BDC rep for our busy service department. Looking for someone who has phone experience, great verbal and written communication skills, superior customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Automotive/dealership experience preferred.

Duties will include:

• Scheduling appointments both on the phone and by email
• Taking incoming and making outbound calls
• Handling of new car prep repair orders
• Follow up on all service leads via phone or email
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:

The ability to work in a fast paced environment and ability to multi task is required.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, by email and phone
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must possess basic computer skills in order to use a variety of electronic systems to access customer-related data, satisfy training requirements and use job-specific applications and customer retention management tools
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers to make sure they have an exceptional service experience
• The ability to work as part of a team
