Full description of the position

Fora Financial is building their sales team. As an entry level Inside Sales Associate, you will be part of a fast-paced energetic sales floor working with business owners across a wide variety of industries and geographies to understand Fora Financials’ product offerings that can address their financing needs. You will go through a Sales and Development Training program to learn how to generate sales as the initial point of contact with our customer base while also learning how to use a consultative sales approach and active listening skills to identify the most appropriate financing solution available.
A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Associate:

• Serve as the initial point of contact with the small business community, speaking with business owners and their representatives to align their needs for capital with the appropriate financing option(s) available
• You will maintain and manage an active pipeline of inbound leads (i.e., no cold calling), communicating with merchants throughout the day to gather information and utilizing Salesforce to organize and update those interactions
• You will collaborate with a team of experienced sales leaders, learning and evolving a core set of sales strategies and techniques through ongoing training and development
• Career opportunity - Be willing to start at the beginning, work hard, learn from the ground up and within 6-12 months, be able to facilitate the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contracting and closing

Requirements:

• No previous sales experience required. Fora Financial is known for quality training and support
• Demonstrate high integrity, a positive attitude, maturity, and a willingness to learn
• Desire to grow and be coached by a team of experienced sales professionals
• Strong time management, active listening skills and capacity to ask probing questions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and thrive under pressure
• Desire to be financially successful with the work ethic that matches
• Results-driven, self-motivated, persistent, articulate, and tenacious
• Comfortable conducting business over the phone and a strong communicator
• Bachelor's Degree
