Sales Representative


IBP Of West Palm seeks a highly motivated and experienced Construction Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Construction Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong relationships with our valued clients in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the construction sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable construction products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as project managers and engineers, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including materials, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • The results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet with clients as required.
