This position is primarily responsible for the planning and management of catered and special events. Expectations of this position include meeting revenue goals, creating initiatives that drive client loyalty, assisting with marketing and business development efforts to grow the Catering, Sales & Special Events book of business and working in collaboration with the culinary and facility management teams. This position will be required to meet time sensitive deadlines. Working alternating schedules, nights and weekends are required.
