Join our Dynamic Landscape Sales Team at Hawks Landscape!

Hawks Landscape, a progressive landscape company with a rich 148-year history, is seeking a motivated individual to join our landscape design and sales team. As the primary point of contact between customers and our production team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional landscape and maintenance services. We specialize in a wide variety of residential and commercial landscape projects with budgets ranging from $2,000 to over $300,000 throughout southeastern Wisconsin. This fast-paced position offers unlimited opportunities for growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their landscape or maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with our team of professionals to develop a tailored design or maintenance package that exceeds customer expectations.
• Follow projects from start to finish, guiding clients through the entire process, from initial contact to design, installation, and post-care.

Requirements:

• Strong sales background with a proven track record of success.
• Effective communication skills to engage with clients and convey landscape concepts.
• Basic understanding of landscaping principles and construction techniques. A degree in landscape design is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with Midwest plant material and a strong understanding of its care and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
