Responsibilities:
- Develop positive working relationships with health care professionals and community partners and nurture existing relationships to encourage growth in local markets
- Educate local professionals in the market on the Heritage Senior Living brand and services through frequent communication; build relationships to encourage referrals
- Set, manage and track goals including completed calls, mailings, leads generated, appointments set, deposits taken/sales closed, and presentations for each location producing qualified leads and appointments; record all activity in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Develop strategies to increase opportunities to meet and talk to professionals to increase referrals
- Update and maintain references and leads in PCC/CRM
Requirements:
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Strong computer skills and Outlook and Microsoft software
- Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
- Willing to have a presence on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
