POSITION OVERVIEW
Roof-ER's Sales Reps are the lifeblood of our company and are held to a high standard. Their primary responsibility is to build relationships with clients affected by storm damage and assist them through the home insurance claim process.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead generation
• Perform full storm damage home-inspections
• Guide homeowner through insurance claim process
• Traveling to appointments
• F2F and Door-to-door Sales

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Motivated self-starter that willingly takes on challenges
• Capable conversationalist able to speak with confidence and assurance
• Positive attitude and an understanding that there’s no such thing as failure – only learning
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• A dependable vehicle and ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous sales experience
• Exterior home-remodeling background

SALARY/INCENTIVES

• Uncapped Commissions: first-year reps can earn over $150k. Top reps can earn substantially more
• Weekly/monthly/annual bonuses and incentives

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
