Job Description

We are looking to hire a qualified In House Sales Associate to add to our team, and to provide the excellent customer service and support we’re known for. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who has a knack for building relationships, and　customer satisfaction and is outgoing, friendly, and service-oriented.

You will be working directly with prospects and current customers to book produce orders, provide customer service, and establish beneficial relationships. Which means we are looking for someone who places heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction. We have a small office, so work as a team player is critical. You would also uphold company policies in all aspects of customer service and contribute to a positive working environment. Here are also some other responsibilities:

• Maintain updated knowledge of current products, pricing, and promotions
• Manage financial transactions using Intuit QuickBooks
• Accommodate customer inquiries and provide them with purchasing options based on their needs and wants, demonstrating knowledge regarding the products
• Help customers with returns, exchanges, and credits

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Professional communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proven capabilities in a customer service or sales role with a strong record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Basic math and accounting skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivated to win every customer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate customer records
• Experience negotiating and solving complex problems
• Time management skills with the ability to juggle numerous projects and deadlines
• Working knowledge of inventory procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
