Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of project management and/or inside sales experience
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Knowledge of the sign and/or related industry would be extremely helpful
• Quick learner and able to work independently.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
• Detail oriented and can work at a fast pace.
• Team player and good organizational skills

Duties will consist but not limited to the following:

• Ability to manage assigned projects from beginning of the sales process to completion.
• Research and coordinate additional outside services needed to complete jobs timely and accurately.
• Create Purchase Orders and Purchase materials needed for assigned jobs.
• Ability to independently create and submit estimates for current projects to customer in a timely manner.
• Follow up on completed projects with customers.
• Strong team player that has excellent communication skills working within a team setting.
• Occasionally attend after hour networking events and seminars.
• Conduct professional follow up phone calls.
