Position Title: Employee Benefits Account Manager
Business Unit: INSA
Reports to: Director of Employee Benefits
Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for driving retention by advanced problem solving and building a relationship with clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains good working relationships with clients and carriers. Position assumes face to face meetings with clients including supporting open enrollment.
Delivers good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients. Properly documents CRM.
Maintains detailed knowledge of carrier targets, rules, and procedures.
Introduces new products and promotes them through regular visits and frequent communication with intermediaries. Increases profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added value services wherever possible.
Ensures credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors’ products.
Drives the renewal process and account service plans.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
