You’ll book sales appointments for homeowners, paving the way for a sustainable future.

Role Overview:

• You’ll be selling residential solar directly to our ideal client base.
• You’ll be generating leads and closing new clients in residential areas.
• You’ll attend 2-3 team meetings and sales training every week.
• You’ll help families save money through our customer-centric business model.
• You’ll be helping our planet transition to renewable energy.

Compensation:

• Commission Based
• Average earnings for renewable energy consultants fall between 60K - 132K/ year

Requirements:

• Most important is mind-set & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
• Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
• Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
• Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
• Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
