Summary of Roles and Responsibilities:

• National Sales VP oversees the overall sales objectives, goals and revenue for assigned product line
• Ability to drive sales, establish new customers, build outstanding customer relationships
• Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies
• Must be both business and customer oriented
• Be willing to mentor, motivate and train of members of the sales team
• Create new programs to meet the needs of our dealer/channel partners and help them exceed revenue expectations with our products
• Ensure accurate reporting on lead generation and sales efforts, including pulling data and metrics to provide detailed information about pipeline status
• Travel to meet with potential and existing clients, as well as dealers and their teams

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience selling large capital manufacturing machines/equipment
• BS in Sales, Business Administration or similar relevant field
• Hands on experience with CRM software
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Analytical and data driven problem solver
