Full description of the position

Bonney Staffing is looking for a Business Development Manager / Outside Sales Representative who is passionate about sales.

This is a pound the pavement, “hunter” sales role that will be supported by the awesome branch and management team in Raleigh/ Durham.

We will set you up for success:

  • Solid base salary (50k-55k based on experience) + monthly commission.
  • Leadership behind you who are sales people and will assist you with growing your business

Who you’ll be working for: [please apply online] by the parent company -TalentLaunch: [please apply online] you will do as a Business Development Manager / Outside Sales Representative:

  • Start and end your day in the branch office in Durham.
  • Hit the ground running to uncover new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking and social media
  • Use a consultative sales approach to grow your business
  • Market Research. Maintain and manage a database of clients
  • Exceed daily activity expectations
  • Participate in community activities while promoting Bonney (i.e. Chamber of Commerce, Human Resource Association meetings, Rotary Club, Business After Hours, etc.)
  • Collaborate with management and recruiters on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Outside Sales Rep / BDM that has prior outside sales experience and the following traits:

  • Proven success selling in a Business to Business environment
  • Strong customer relations and consultative selling strategy
  • Well-rounded and comprehensive sales experience with proven results
  • Exceptional listening, verbal and written ability
  • Ability to successfully have difficult conversations
  • Strong organizational and planning competencies - effective use of time and ability to prioritize

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
