5 Star Roofing and Restoration is currently looking to add self-motivated and highly ambitious individuals to our team of roofing sales representatives. You will be working with customers who are replacing their roofs due to storm damage or age. Our company has been growing tremendously since our inception in 2015 and we continue to grow in markets across Alabama. To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we require a driven, energetic, and team player to join us and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates and storm damage inspections. No experience? No problem. 5 Star Roofing and Restoration delivers a top-notch training program and support. We develop fully capable, proficient representatives within three weeks. You will receive training on the basic construction, insurance/storm damage knowledge you need to represent and assist homeowners through their claims.

You will receive a company phone, Company tablet, company uniform, continued training, leads, amazing support structure and an incredible culture. We will give you all the tools necessary to succeed!

Draw against commission pay structure $36,000/year base

· Commissions paid as percentage of gross sale. (Averages $1,000-$1, 700.job)

· Qualifications- You MUST be comfortable dealing face-to-face with clients! You must have a valid driver’s license. You must have reliable transportation to start. You must be self-motivated. You must be a team player driven by empathy with a strong desire to help people.
