INSIDE SALES MANAGER

We’re growing quickly and need someone with experience that can keep up with our pace, depth and breath. Work with us and leverage your extensive experiences and skills! We’re looking for self-starters that know how to get, keep and grow customers. Experience with on-premise sales (bars/restaurants), as well as Salesforce CRM, very highly sought after.

In Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain relationships with upper management of independent and chain restaurants
• Bold closer that knows how to make happy customers
• Deft ability to hunt, target & close the deal
• Enhance customer relationships through great customer service
• Occasionally attend trade shows and events
• Manage customer database and records communications with clients
• Receive incoming sales related communications, explain products, pricing, distribution, services and provide solutions
• Set and achieve sales goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required
• Solid Sales Experience
• Excellent computer skills including Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Energetic and self-motivated with the desire to learn
• Aggressive, career-minded, pro-active and able to take initiative
• Team-oriented and supportive of co-workers
• Reliable transportation/timely attendance
• Value-Added
• Upbeat, charismatic personality with good phone skills
• Bar/Foodservice experience is a huge plus
• Two years of successful inside sales experience with value added products
• BA/BS degree highly desirable

COMPENSATION

• From Day 1:
• $70,000 Per Year (During 3-Month Review Period)
• Generous Commission Structure
• After 3 Month Review:
• Performance Based Pay raise

• Paid Vacation:
• 1 week after 90-day review
