Evergreen Herbal is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Inside Sale Support including direct interfacing with our Retail customers, accurate/timely oversight of sales orders processing, participating in promotional events, and of course providing exceptional customer service to all our customers. We will provide training to the right person; someone who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn.

You will enjoy a Monday – Friday schedule, which varies occasionally depending on Sales events.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• Daily engage with our Retail customers to ensure they are in stock on existing items, aware of new item details (including specifications, timing of launch, pricing, etc) and address open items needing attention.
• Make 40 outbound calls per day
• Assure the customers sales orders are processed accurately for execution
• Regularly monitor our Sales dashboard for important delivery details, pricing, and product availability
• Communicate and align with our retail customers on Sales order cut-off times and, if needed, overseeing exceptions
• Assist outside Sales representatives with calls on delivery days
• Maintain retail store information in the systems used for managing our customers
• Make sure invoicing, credits and pricing changes are accurately processed

Requirements:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years old
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales representative
• Valid and clean Washington State driver’s license, as a condition of employment – must be insurable with no DUI’s or felony convictions. This is required by our insurance!
• Attention to detail and good phone skills are a necessity
• Reliable attendance, honest, hardworking, and productive
• Comfortable delivering direct written and oral communication skills to staff and business partners
• Team-player, who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Treat all customers and fellow employees courteously and professionally
• Passionate and excited about the cannabis industry
