About The Role
Your daily responsibilities will include managing orders, providing customer support, controlling inventory, executing marketing campaigns, and assisting the sales team. As part of a collaborative team, you will gain practical experience in various areas of the company, including branding and strategy development.
Responsibilities
- Analyze various aspects of sales performance to grow sales.
- Fulfill customer orders, provide customer service, control inventory, and assist in marketing.
- Coordinate LTL freight request.
- Participate in various aspects of the business, including branding and strategy.
- Provide quality customer care via email and phone.
- Manage sales performance and marketing strategies.
- Create and manage product listings.
- Maintain account health and reviews.
- Assist on company growth projects as needed and various other duties assigned.
Relevant Skills & Attributes
- Familiarity with platforms such as Woocommerce and Shopify (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with shipping platforms such as FedEx Ship Manager, UPS Wordship, and Shipstation.
- 1 years of experience with Microsoft Excel (required)
- 1 years of e-commerce experience (preferred)
- Strong project management, communication and analytical skills.
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must have ability to commute to Pomona, CA 91766 for in office work.
